We will coordinate your nutritional plan with your workout plans to make sure that these crucial elements of your health and fitness lifestyle complement each other to reach your goals.
The initial evaluation and consultation session is designed to discuss your nutritional habits and recomend gradual changes that you can incorporate into your daily life. We can also supply you with an individual meal plan that will help you to organize and track your progress.
The follow-up sessions are designed to keep you on track, answer questions, refine your plan and help you beat plateaus.

Stage I (quick start)
Analysis of your current nutritional habits, specific feedback and individualized strategies for improvement that deliver the quickest results.
Stage II (meal plan)
Do you prefer detailed directions? Then an individual meal plan is for you. You meal plan will cover meals, snacks and beverages, recipes and shopping lists.
(requires completion of Stage I or II)
Follow-up sessions are designed to keep you on track, answer questions, help you beat plateaus and refine your plan based on your progress.
