Personal Training

 You will be given a one on one consultation and then taken through a full body fitness assessment. A fitness assessment is used to test the five components of fitness, which are:

 

  • Muscular Strength 
  • Muscular Endurance 
  • Cardiovascular Endurance 
  • Body Composition 
  • Flexibility

CrossTrain (X)60

Crossfit style without the super heavy lifting. We take the AMRAP, FOR TIME, CHIPPER, and MET CON style programmingWe also add some circuit training designed for intermediate and advanced levels. 

Strength Camp

A challenging combination of barbell and dumbbell movements along with some HIIT and full body circuit. Considered a strength camp-The goal here is to build muscular strength and endurance. Adaptable to any level of fitness.
